Coconut Oil is by far my absolute favorite oil to cook with and one of the healthiest oils for the human body.  Countless studies have shown that coconut oil can greatly assist in weight loss and has the ability to accelerate the metabolism.  It can be used to cook and bake almost any food.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil is my favorite oil to be used raw.  I add olive oil to cooked veggies, salads and use it to create my own healthy salad dressings.  Its health properties are best maintained when not heated so ideally it should be used raw.

Apple Cider Vinegar has been called a “miracle cure for all” for centuries.  It can greatly assist in digestion and eliminate heart burn, clear skin irritations, relieve constipation, and assist in weight control.  It is also absolutely delicious and can be used on vegetables and salads and in healthy salad dressings.

Celtic Sea Salt is one of the best unrefined sea salts available on the market.  It has all of its healthy minerals intact and is the kind of salt the body needs.  Unrefined sea salt is healing to the body where as refined sea salt is extremely dangerous and can cause a long list of health problems.  Choose unrefined sea salt, like Celtic Sea Salt for all of your salt needs.

Stevia is one of nature’s healthiest alternatives to sugar.  It is an all natural, no calorie sweetener which does not affect blood sugar the way sugar and artificial sweeteners can.  I choose stevia for all of my sweetener needs.
