Add 1/2 cup warm water to 1/2 cup Tac'Os. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes. Yields 1 cup. Serve as is for taco filling or combine with hamburger or refried beans. Also use dry as a topping for salads and baked potatoes.
Textured vegetable protein (soy flour and caramel color), soybean oil, autolyzed yeast, salt, spices, dextrose, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, paprika.
