Mininis Cinnamon raisin bread makes a wonderful breakfast treat. This bread is unique because it is made with ancient grains, contain no rice, soy, beans, or casein, use organic ingredients when possible, and is high in fiber. There is no bio-engineering used to produce this product. Our headquarters and our dedicated gluten-free kitchen are in Seattle and our dedicated gluten-free blending and packaging facility is located in Richland, Washington. Both MANINIS® GLUTEN FREE kitchen and blending facility have been certified by the Gluten Intolerance Group.
Ingredients: Maninis® Multiuso flour mix [(flour blend (organic millet flour, tapioca flour, teff flour, organic sorghum flour, organic amaranth flour), corn starch, organic cane sugar, xanthan gum, sea salt)], raisins, filtered water, egg white, high oleic safflower oil, whole eggs, invert sugar (from cane), plum puree (prune juice concentrate, dried plums), fresh bananas, yeast, cinnamon powder, salt baking powder (calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, glucono-delta-lactone, citric acid).
