Cleansing Laxative

A stimulant laxative formulated with Cascara Sagrada.

INDICATIONS: For the relief of occasional constipation. This product generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS per tablet: 150 mg of Cascara Sagrada bark in a proprietary blend of 405 mg of the following: Chinese Rhubarb root, Frangula bark, Gentian Root, Goldenseal root, Fennel seed, Kaolin Clay, Anise and Oregon Grape root.

• Directions: For adults and children 12 years of age or older: 1to 3 tablets in a single daily dose. Children under age 12, consult a health care practioner before using. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
• Warnings: Laxative products should not be used for periods of longer than 1 week unless directed by a physician. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, unless directed by a doctor. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of two weeks, consult a doctor before using a laxative. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the adivice of a health professional before using this product. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center.
