Grade A. Rbgh-FREE Low Heat Nonfat Dry Milk is the result of water removal from pasteurized Rbgh-Free skim milk, to which no preservatives, alkali, neutralizing agents or other chemicals have been added. Rbgh-FREE Low Heat Nonfat Dry Milk is spray dried and typically has a white to creamy color.

This milk is commonly used in the manufacturing of cottage cheese, buttermilk, frozen desserts, margarine, soups, puddings, processed meats, and other cultured products.

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized Rbgh-Free Skim milk.

  • MIXING: It is suggested that one pour the powder into water (approximately half the volume desired) stirring continuously as the additional water is added. Continue to stir until the powder is in solution. A blender may be used for mixing. Agitate for about 30 seconds.
  • For exact reconstituting mix by weight. To make one quart: Place 3.2 oz. (by weight) into a measure-marked container. Stir while adding cold water.

  • Stir while adding cold water. Due to settling of the dry milk results may vary slightly.
  • STORAGE: Product should be stored in a dry cool, clean location free of odors with a temperature below 80 degrees F and relative humidity below 65%. Although product stored for one year is usually found to be satisfactory, it is suggested that it not be stored for more than six months to assure fresh tasting product. For long term storage it is recommended product be transferred into airtight containers.
