Orange Ginger Hummus: Combine in a blender 1 cup cooked garbanzo beans, 2 tbsp. tahini, 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp. dressing mix and 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce (optional). Puree until desired consistency is reached. Makes 1 cup hummus.
Whisk together 1 tsp. white wine vinegar 1 cup water and packet ingredients. To serve warm, microwave for one minute.
Try as a marinade for fish. To create a stir fry sauce, use soy sauce in place of vinegar.
