• Directions: You will need: 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar and 2/3 cup olive oil. Mix up the goodies in the packet with 3 tablespoons vinegar and 1/4 cup water. Whisk away until well blended. Add 2/3 cup olive oil and whisk some more. It will be tastiest if you can let it sit for an hour before serving.
