Roland Dried Wild Mixed Mushrooms, are, like many molds, a member of the fungus family. Roland Wild Mixed Mushrooms are an assortment of four types of wild mushrooms: Boletus, Black Fungus, Oyster Mushrooms and Porcini cepes.

Soak in warm water for 20 minutes, then rinse and drain. Rinse well and blanch. Us as fresh mushrooms in white sauce, in an omlet, in provencal sauce, or to accompany meat or game.
