Ingredients: Naturally brewed and dried black tea powder, 100% Organic Spices: ginger root powder, ground cardamom, powdered cinnamon, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg, ground cloves.

For an 8 oz. cup, bring to boil 4 oz. fresh water, add on rounded scoop (1/4 teaspoon) Blue Lotus Chai blend (increase for more spiciness as desired), stir, add 4 az. Of the milk of your choice and heat.
