Pour hot water (off the boil) into a cup with a teabag. Infuse for at least 5 minutes or leave bag in longer if desired.
To warm and enrich. Cinnamon and ginger are warming herbs assisting digestion and increasing circulation. Cardamom is deliciously aromatic and good for digestion. Licorice is sweet and soothing. Black tea is an anti-oxidant and stimulating.
