You will need: 4 egg whites or *egg free, ¼ cup oil, 1 Tbps. vinegar, 1-2/3 cups warm water.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large bread loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Mix bread mix, yeast (packet included), egg whites, oil, vinegar, and water on high speed for 4 minutes. Transfer to pan. Spray plastic wrap with non-stick spray. Use this to smooth top of bread. Loosely cover. Let rise until doubled in size, 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool before cutting. To enjoy later, slice then freeze.
Yield: 1 large loaf
*Egg Free: omit eggs. Add additional 1/3 cup warm water.
