• For Hot Cereal: Bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup cereal mix and turn heat down to low. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with milk and honey, if desired. Try adding sliced bananas, peaches or other fruits in your cereal for added interest and flavor.
